Las Primeras Jornadas de Gastroenterología Neonatal se realizaron ayer y hoy en el Hospital Garrahan y contaron con la participación especial de un reconocido gastroenterólogo pediatra a nivel mundial: Jon A. Vanderhoof, del Programa de Rehabilitación Intestinal del Boston Children Hospital, Estados Unidos.

Las jornadas estuvieron dirigidas a pediatras, gastroenterólogos, neonatólogos y cirujanos, y contaron con más de 375 profesionales inscriptos. Se trataron los siguientes temas: RGE: nuevas recomendaciones; RGE en situaciones especiales; Motilidad esofágica; Sindrome de intestino corto; Dismotilidad intestinal; Enteropatías en Neonatología; entre otros.

Los coordinadores de las Primeras Jornadas de Gastroenterología Neonatal fueron la doctora Liliana Sasson y el doctor Gustavo Goldsmit. En tanto que la dirección estuvo a cargo de las doctoras Ana Rocca, Susana Gutiérrez y Yanina Aguirre.
