La pizzería Kentucky preparó un taller, bajo la supervisión del Área de Alimentación del Hospital, para enseñar a pacientes y familias a amasar pizzas caseras, de la forma tradicional y también en alternativas más saludables: sin sal y con distintas harinas. Por la mañana del martes 27/11, en el hall central, los maestros pizzeros amasaron junto a los pacientes; y luego pudieron probar las pizzas todos los que se acercaron al food truck de Kentucky en el estacionamiento de la calle Pichincha.
Las niñas y niños que participaron en el Taller de Pizzas recibieron su diploma de pequeños pizzeros. ¡Gracias, Kentucky!
